David Speranzini
Mr. Speranzini has over seventeen years experience in the environmental field consisting of nine years as an attorney and eight years as an environmental engineer. At Jacobi & Case, P.C., Mr. Speranzini specializes in environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, enforcement and real estate transactions. Mr. Speranzini’s practice includes counseling clients regarding the investigation and remediation of contaminated properties and compliance with environmental laws and regulations including the Transfer Act, the Remediation Standard Regulations and Superfund.
Prior to joining Jacobi & Case, P.C. in 1998, Mr. Speranzini worked for over seven years at United Technologies Corporation Pratt & Whitney Division as an environmental engineer. At Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Speranzini was responsible for all aspects of environmental compliance and the oversight of remediation activities. Mr. Speranzini was also employed by Environmental Risk Limited located in Bloomfield, Connecticut as an environmental consultant from 1990 to 1991.
Mr. Speranzini received his J.D degree from the University of Connecticut in 1997 and is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut. He also received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering (magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut in 1988 and his M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1990. Mr. Speranzini is a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations.
